Finally a decision: a two year ban for Alberto Contador. Applied retroactively so he’ll be back racing August 2012 but will lose his 2011 Giro title and of course the 2010 Tour de France title. Andy Schleck is now the official 2012 Tour winner, while Michele Scarponi becomes the winner of the Giro.
